ALL STAR COMPETITION SCHEDULE

• Our Showteam & Novice program are only traveling to local, one day events. For local two day events, these teams will most likely perform on Saturday only. "The Finale" by Deep South is a two day event for ALL athletes, including Novice teams.
• Our Prep program will travel to local events, as well as Deep South Beach Nationals. If a team is awarded a Paid or Partial Paid bid to Prep & Rec Grand Nationals in Orlando, FL by March 1, 2026.
• Our Elite program will travel to all listed events with the exception of Prep & Rec Grand Nationals.

Mondays:  2025-2026 Rhinestoned Practice Set

Tuesdays: Any Navy Apparel

Wednesdays: Any Navy Apparel

Thursdays: 2025-2026 Rhinestoned Practice Set

Sundays: Pink Season 7 Tank Tops

Winter Weather: Athletes may wear navy blue leggings, navy blue long-sleeved athletic shirts, tight fitting crew neck sweatshirts, and tight fitting sweat pants. Athletes may not wear jackets or sweatshirts with zippers or buttons. Athletes may not wear any sweatshirts or jackets that are too large to stunt in safety, or hang over their hands due to arm length.

REQUIRED FORM FOR ALL ATHLETES

Absence forms must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the absence date, unless accompanied by a Doctor's note for contagious illness.
Athletes with non-contagious illness should attend to watch practice. 

Absences MAY NOT occur two weeks prior to a competition for any reason.
