Skills camps are designed with specific skills in mind!  A traditional skills camp is an extension of a tumbling class with additional time for more drills, more shaping, and more reps to help athletes gain movement towards new skills!  Clean up skill camps are designed to target technique improvements on existing skills.

PRESCHOOL CAMPS

Preschool camps are shorter, age appropriate camps for preschool athletes to explore the gym, learn new skills, and improve their coordination!

Often themed, preschool camps are relaxed, fun, and age-appropriate!

Day Camps are a combination of themed activities, cheerleading skills training, open play, and crafts.

They are designed around school breaks or holidays to help occupy your athletes day while you enjoy a day off or work.
