CHEERLEADING CLASSES
ALL STAR 101
Length: 55 Minutes
Ages: 3-5 Years Old / 6 to 13 Years Old
Our instructional cheerleading classes, known as Cheer 101, are 5 to 10 week low-commitment, low-cost class focusing on the basics of cheerleading. In each class, athletes learn basic tumbling, jumps, stunts, and motions. The skills are then choreographed into a routine to be performed at the end of the class session. In All Star 101, athletes learn a 1 minute All Star-style routine that is similar to an All Star Novice routine. It includes basic, age-appropriate tumbling such as a forward roll, cartwheel, or back walkover, motions, a dance, jumps, and age-appropriate stunting.
GAME DAY 101
Length: 55 Minutes
Ages: (6 to 13 Years Old)
Our instructional cheerleading classes, known as Cheer 101, are 5 to 10 week low-commitment, low-cost class focusing on the basics of cheerleading. In each class, athletes learn basic tumbling, jumps, stunts, and motions. The skills are then choreographed into a routine to be performed at the end of the class session. In Gameday 101 athletes learn a Game Day-style routine that is similar to a School routine. It includes a Band-Dance style dance including Pom-Poms and a Sideline Cheer including sign work.
FLYER FLEXIBILITY CLASS
Length: 55 Minutes
Ages: (7+ years)
Flyer Class is designed to develop proper flying technique, body control, and confidence in the air. This class focuses on correct body positions, balance, flexibility, and core strength needed for safe and successful stunting. Athletes will work on drills that reinforce tight body positions, strong posture, and awareness while learning how to fly with control and consistency. Emphasis is placed on technique, safety, and communication to help athletes build a solid foundation for stunting at all levels.
JUMP CONDITIONING & DRILLS
Length: 55 Minutes
Ages: (7+ years)
Jump Class is designed to improve an athlete’s power, height, and technique in all cheer jumps. This class focuses on strength, conditioning, and flexibility to support proper jump execution and injury prevention. Athletes will work on drills and exercises that build leg strength, core control, and hip flexibility while learning correct jump technique and body positions. Common jumps such as toe touches, pikes, and hurdlers are broken down to help athletes improve form, consistency, and confidence. This class is a great addition for athletes looking to enhance their performance across all levels of cheer and tumbling.
